Company ISH & MSA Čerpadla a.s. was formed by the merger of ISH-Čerpadla, a.s. Olomouc and MSA Čerpadla a servis armatur, s.r.o. Dolní Benešov in 2004. 
The pumping equipment production tradition of the two original companies dates back to their membership in SIGMA concern.
The manufacture and sales are dominated by the pumps for both the nuclear and classic power plants, petrochemical and chemical industries, water management as well as mining and processing industries. The company also provides comprehensive service and maintenance for the pumping equipment.
